Very nice additional site offering from a seasoned veteran web site network (see "Deal Barbie Pays" lower down on the list.)  Pays faster than most other incentive sites - three times a week!  The site has many offers that are mostly the "100% free" type.  DBPF has a very low one-dollar ($1) minimum cashout.

The site doesn't seem to be very popular only out of the lack of marketing exposure - this is a great opportunity for those who are great at spreading the word and gaining referrals.  Nothing at all wrong with the site, only it presently has a relatively low member count and it will take some time to gain popularity and a decent Google rank.
